The cleaners on eMop have been great... punctual, friendly and quick.
My only issue has been there's was a time when I was getting a new cleaner every other week due to them leaving the company. EMop was great to have a new cleaner sorted out immediately but it was just annoying having to get acquainted with someone new so often.
Hopefully my current cleaner Mariam stays for a bit :)

Ive used emop a few times now- my most recent cleaner was very good and through. Job 298958 Olajumoke was great! Would like to have her help me again.
Given emop doesn’t hold you to a subscription that’s good- which many companies do. The 15 pound an hour is quite reasonable and you’re not paying the company.
Unfortunately the reason for the deducted points isn’t emops fault- one cleaner did not show up once, and one spent a bit of time on her phone whilst coming late. And the same lady threw all the trash into a box in my house and didn’t tell me - India was her name.sophia farook

Fantastic experiences with Frederick #298213 and Afusat #298212 who were both fantastic and did an excellent job. My most recent cleaner Janu #289214 unfortunately did not do a very thorough clean, leaving the bathrooms dirty and surfaces were not dusted but emop were quick to make this right. Highly recommend emop for flexibility and customer service.
