Terms & Conditions

  1. The period of subscription is 6 months.
  2. A subscription can be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
  3. If the subscription is not accepted by a cleaner, it is automatically cancelled 3 hours before the start time. The customer will receive an automatic notification.
  4. Cleaning time for subscription can only be booked between 8 am – 11 pm.
  5. A customer can reschedule any order within a period of 8 months from the cleaning date of the first order in the subscription.
  6. In case of rescheduling any order by a customer within subscription, this order becomes available as a single order for all cleaners on eMop platform if the previously assigned cleaner didn’t accept a new time.
  7. In case of any order within the subscription is cancelled due to no available cleaner, the order can be restored and added back to the scheduled after mutual agreement between eMop and the customer.
  8. The customer can cancel only all bookings in the subscription.
  9. In case of the subscription cancelation the Cancellation Policy is applied.
  10. eMop cannot guarantee the same cleaner for the whole subscription period.
  11. In case of No Show by a customer or a cleaner, Cancellation Policy is applied.
  12. The customer will be notified in advance about upcoming renewal of the subscription and can cancel renewal via the App or My Account.
  13. The subscription is renewed automatically after the last order is completed.
