- eMop will provide only top-rated cleaners.
2. Free Emergency Cancellation/Rescheduling
- All clients can make changes to their booking provided as it is done 24 hours in advance, however premium customers are guaranteed 1 free emergency cancellation/rescheduling within 24 hours of the start time.
3. Booking Confirmation Guarantee -” No lost order”
- With Premium support your booking is guaranteed to take place even if your cleaner becomes ill or cannot attend due to an emergency. If no cleaner attends, then eMop will credit the customer with £5.
4. Peace of mind insurance
- In the event that a eMopper damages your property or an item is damaged eMop has full comprehensive public liability insurance up to £5 Million.
5. Personal customer support
- eMop will provide a courtesy call to the customer 24 hours before the booking and another call 24 hours after the booking to ensure everything went smoothly. Any issues will be prioritised.
