Won’t be using eMop again. Only partial parts of the job were completed well; carpet cleaning did not remove residual dirt and clingy dust particles, despite paying for full end-of-tenancy clean. In addition, was charged for a full additional hour despite my actual additional cleaning time being 15 minutes. I received an email telling me I’d been ‘thanked’ for providing a 5 star review elsewhere, despite the fact I hadn’t done so.
Clean in the bathroom was very good, and kitchen was also good, as was the bedroom, but living room had half the surfaces untouched, including the main table. Found wet pools of water around the premises not on the carpet and electrical equipment plugs were also wet, but thankfully unaffected. Didn’t feel worth the £270 I paid.Mark Rowden
