When you create the booking, all order details are stored online and can be checked in real time. You can use MyAccount on our website or the eMop App to keep track of your booking.
The estimated amount will be held in your bank account. You will only be charged after the cleaning session is completed and according to the actual time the cleaner worked.
We know how important your workspace is. Our cleaners will notify you when they need to clean your area, ensuring minimal disruption. Everything will be placed back exactly where you left it.
Our cleaners arrive on time, are always polite, and bring their own cleaning products. You can trust us to leave keys safely with the concierge and follow your specific instructions to a tee.
We use specialised tools and products, so your laptops, screens, keyboards and other high value items don't get damaged.
We charge clients only for the actual time an eMopper spends at your property.

eMop organised a full clean of my flat over the course of 7 hours, and I am extremely happy with the result: attention to detail was paid in each room to get it thoroughly clean (moving furniture to clean behind/under it; getting into the little corners etc…) Instructions were followed to the letter and belongings cared for.
Suhaib was very efficient and respectful. He left the whole place sparkling!
