To accept the job you need to \u2018swipe\u2019 on the screen. This function was created with a purpose to prevent you from accepting orders accidentally.<\/p>\n

If you don\u2019t plan to do the job, please cancel it as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

Be aware that customers get a confirmation email every time you accept a job. When you cancel the job and nobody else accepts it again, eMop losing a customer.<\/p>\n

Contact the support team if you get a penalty fee for the cancellation to find out if there is any option to remove it.<\/p>\n
