Resolution time\u00a0 2-5 days.<\/p>\n<p>Although our cleaners\u2019 are background checked, we strongly advise all customers to securely store away any items of value that can be easily stolen including cash \/credit cards. These items should be stored in a secure location.<\/p>\n<p>According to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.emop.co.uk\/help\/emop-booking\/\">Booking Terms and Conditions<\/a>, eMop will not be liable for missing items unless you have credible evidence that the item was taken by the cleaner. Any liability on our part is limited to the cost of the cleaning.<\/p>\n<p>If you find that something was missed from your property after the cleaning took place, please report us within 48 hours:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>send to <a href=\"mailto:support@emop.world\">support@emop.world<\/a> a clear description of the missing item including the value and location of the item including the evidence;<\/li>\n<li>If the value of the item is more than the amount of the cleaning, we will need a completed police report with case number<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once we receive the relevant details we will first speak to the cleaner for feedback and after our customer support team will advise the next steps.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NB!<\/strong> The cleaner was the last person in my home or nobody else but the cleaner was here is not considered as evidence.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our response time is 24 hours.
