{"id":1737,"date":"2019-11-22T14:41:50","date_gmt":"2019-11-22T14:41:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.emop.co.uk\/?p=1737"},"modified":"2021-10-27T09:45:41","modified_gmt":"2021-10-27T09:45:41","slug":"damage","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.emop.co.uk\/help\/damage\/","title":{"rendered":"Damage"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>eMop treats every damage case with professionalism and meticulous attention.<\/p>\n<p>In case of receiving a complaint about damaged item\/area in the client\u2019s property done during the cleaning, eMop does the following actions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We collect evidence from the client about the damaged item(s).<\/li>\n<li>We will inform you officially about the situation by email.<\/li>\n<li>We place a hold on \u00a3250 on your eMop account until the dispute is resolved.<\/li>\n<li>If the dispute is upheld, then we will agree a compensation amount with the client.<\/li>\n<li>We will refund the client and subtract the compensation amount from the \u00a3250 held from your account. Any remaining funds will be transferred back to your eMop account. If the compensation claim is more than \u00a3250, then all of the \u00a3250 held from your account will be  insurance excess, and the insurance company will pay the remainder.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>eMop treats every damage case with professionalism and meticulous attention.
