{"id":1734,"date":"2019-11-22T14:38:18","date_gmt":"2019-11-22T14:38:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.emop.co.uk\/?p=1734"},"modified":"2019-11-22T15:08:18","modified_gmt":"2019-11-22T15:08:18","slug":"missed-item","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.emop.co.uk\/help\/missed-item\/","title":{"rendered":"Missed item"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Remember that many clients have cameras installed at home, and therefore can watch you as you clean their property, even when they are not at the premises.<\/p>\n<p>If eMop receive a complaint from a client that items have gone missing during cleaning, they the following procedure will take place:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We will collect evidence from the client about the missing items;<\/li>\n<li>We will inform you officially about the situation by email;<\/li>\n<li>We check your balance and put on hold any payments up to \u00a3250 until the dispute is resolved (in accordance with our Terms and Conditions);<\/li>\n<li>If the complaint is upheld, then we will agree with the client the amount of compensation;<\/li>\n<li>We deactivate you from the eMop Platform and make the final payout expect the amount up to \u00a3250 which will cover the cost of missed item.<\/li>\n<li>If the complaint is not upheld they we will release the \u00a3250 back to your eMop account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Remember that many clients have cameras installed at home, and therefore can watch you as you clean their property, even when they are not at the premises.
